What is the difference between pausing and cancelling a subscription?

We offer the option to pause your subscription for a predetermined time. If you know you need to stop taking online classes for a little while, but plan on returning at a later date, pausing your subscription will make your return much easier and faster.

Benefits of pausing a subscription

• Your subscription will automatically resume, based on the time frame you selected, and you won't have to go through the entire purchase process (granted your card on file is still valid);
• If there are any price changes during your hiatus, you are securing the same fee you were on;
• Another benefit is that any saves (bookmarks) you made will remain in your account. When a subscription is cancelled, all saved classes are removed.

A few things to keep in mind

1. Pausing is only available for The Enthusiast plan (monthly plan);
2. Pausing takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if your billing cycle ends on the 30th of the month, and you choose to pause on the 15th, your subscription will continue until the 30th, then go into suspension;
3. You can choose to pause for 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. Once the selected pause period is over, the subscription will automatically resume. You can cancel at any time during the pause period;
4. If you are ready to get back online before the end of your pause period, simply go to your account and click on "resume subscription". Your subscription will start immediately;
5. Your billing date will be adjusted at the time of reinstitution, whether it happened automatically (end of your pause period), or manually (if you choose to come back before the end of your pause period).

How to pause/resume a subscription

To suspend your subscription, follow these steps:

• Log in to your account
• Go to Settings, then Account
• Click on the button "Pause Subscription"
• Choose your preferred pause period
• Confirm!

To resume your subscription (at anytime before the automatic resume date):

• Log in to your account
• Go to Settings, then Account
• Click on the button "Resume Subscription"
• Enjoy your access!
